Importance of Yoga

  • YAM
  • NIYAM
  • ASANA
  • PRANAYAM
  • PRTYAHAR
  • DHARNA
  • DHYAN 
  • SAMADHI
by following these we are able to achieve the main goal of yoga

all these steps we have to follow in our day to day life .
